The Human Centipede (First Sequence) is an upcoming graphic novel and an adaptation of the 2009 film of the same name. The graphic novel has been approved for mass market release and will be initially available in the English, Spanish, German, French and Japanese languages. Aside from adapting the First Sequence film, it will feature a prelude chapter in which 3Dog appears, as well as an epilogue chapter that explains the fate of Lindsay.[1][2][3][4] The graphic novel was originally slated for a 2017 release,[5] however this didn't come to pass. Six teased the graphic novel in 2018, stating that he is yet to find a distributor.[6] When speaking about the tenth anniversary of the first film in 2019, Six again teased about the novel, and although claiming it would be released later in the year, this didn't occur.[7]
